And what was a challenge to begin with became even more so during the process (unrelated to Julie). Despite the issues, Julie did a fantastic job of navigating the situation and achieving a successful resolution all while maintaining a caring and positive attitude. "Working with Julie was absolutely great! We are best friends and going through this process with her was really a fun experience! I was very nervous to start this process and she made sure that I was comfortable through each stage. She was with me through the whole process from looking at the house (telling me about the house), to figuring out what loan was right for me, to negotiating with the seller and closing on the property! We had a very tight time frame for the closing, and we got there! She was very on top of the repairs that needed done and even had the house cleaned before I moved in. She was right there with me through every stage and was very encouraging. She is very knowledgeable about Morgantown and the surrounding areas, and I would suggest anyone looking to buy a home or property, or even looking to sell, to contact her. She will work hard to get you great results!"

"Julie is an incredible professional! My mother and I had a crazy situation with a family member in our house we were trying to sell and during that time she navigated that situation with a calm confident demeanor. Once we had our home under contract our buyer and their team was completely unreliable, with low communication, ridiculous time lines and drug our closing out for over 90 days. JULIE FOUGHT FOR US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! She stayed in constant communication with us, answered all of our questions, bull dogged for us to get us answers, and helped quell any doubt we had during this very difficult process. You could not ask for a better realtor in your corner if you find yourself in a difficult position. I highly recommend you get in with this wonderful woman to sell or buy your home. After multiple viewings and few homes getting away from us because of a crazy market..
